Application

Recommended intake: Stir one level measuring spoon (12.5 g powder) into 125 ml low-fat milk (1.5 % fat) or 100 ml water. Preparation with milk and consumption in the evening is recommended. We also recommend preparation in the LR Shaker.

Make sure you have a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Traces of gluten and lupine cannot be excluded.

Shake can before use. Filling volume is technically limited. Store in a cool and dry place, consume quickly after opening.
