Application

It is recommended to brush the teeth two to three times a day after meals. To ensure that all plaque is removed, each brushing should last at least two to three minutes.

Worth knowing

Wait at least half an hour before brushing your teeth after eating acidic foods or drinks, such as wine, citrus fruits, fruit juice, yoghurt or salad with vinegar-oil dressing. The acid from the foods can dissolve minerals from the enamel. After a short time, the tooth surface can remineralise with the help of saliva.
